Abstract | This research explores the implementation and effectiveness of inclusive Physical Education (PE) practices in schools, aiming to assess how these practices impact student engagement, physical development, and social integration. The study evaluates current PE curricula, teaching strategies, and resource allocation in both inclusive and non-inclusive educational settings. A mixed-methods approach was used, combining surveys, interviews, and classroom observations to gather data from PE teachers, students with disabilities, and school administrators. Findings reveal that inclusive PE practices contribute significantly to promoting physical and social inclusion, enhancing students' physical fitness, and fostering a sense of belonging within the school community. However, challenges such as insufficient training for educators, limited resources, and varying levels of support for students with disabilities were identified. Based on these findings, the study provides recommendations for improving PE programs, emphasizing the need for targeted teacher training, resource allocation, and policy changes to ensure that PE becomes a truly inclusive experience for all students. The results highlight the importance of inclusive PE as a tool for improving overall student well-being and equity in education. |
