Abstract | This paper presents the development of a sentiment-driven maternity chatbot designed to provide emotional support to second-time pregnant women who have previously experienced miscarriage. By leveraging sentiment analysis and natural language processing, the chatbot delivers empathetic, context-aware responses. Integrated within a Flutter Flow-based maternity app, it aims to address the psychological needs often overlooked by existing digital tools. Preliminary feedback highlights the chatbot's potential in enhancing maternal mental health, while also identifying areas for further refinement in emotional comprehension. |
