Abstract | Machine learning has transformed digital marketing by introducing data-driven strategies that outperformtraditional intuition-based approaches. As advertising expenditure continues to grow globally, MLtechnologies enable marketers to precisely target audience segments through sophisticated behavioralanalysis rather than relying solely on demographic profiling. Advanced computer vision algorithms nowdetect and categorize visual elements within advertisements, providing quantifiable data points thatcorrelate with consumer engagement. These technologies facilitate the identification of feature importancewithin creative content, revealing which specific elements drive performance across different audiencesegments. The integration of natural language processing further enhances segmentation precision byanalyzing sentiment and purchase intent across unstructured data sources. By leveraging ensemble learningtechniques and segment-specific models, marketers achieve higher conversion rates, reduced acquisitioncosts, and improved customer lifetime value.
