Abstract | Getting medical care is crucial to living ahealthy life. However, if you have a health issue, it isquite difficult to get medical help. It is advised to create amedical chatbot that uses machine learning (ML) toassess the condition and generate the information requiredto consult a physician. Medical chatbots were developedto provide access to medical knowledge and lowermedical costs. Certain chatbots function as medical guidesto help patients understand their conditions and takebetter care of themselves. If chatbots are able to identifyseveral illnesses and provide the necessary information, users will undoubtedly profit from them. Text DiagnosisBot allows patients to participate in medical evaluationsand provide a customized analysis report based on theirsymptoms. As a result, people have ideas regarding theirpersonal stability and well-being. |
