Additionally, the article investigates how machine learning algorithms enable real-time optimization and how autonomic cloud management principles create self-regulating systems. The combination of these techniques forms a comprehensive framework for sustainable resource allocation that enhances performance, ensures high availability, and optimizes costs while addressing emerging challenges in increasingly heterogeneous and distributed cloud environments |
