Abstract Abstract: In recent years, the online retail industry has undergone a profound transformer largely by advances in digital technology and changing consumer behave marketing strategies. This study is essential as it explores the growing role of digital marketing in shaping customer engagement within the online retail industry. The effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in increasing customer engagement is positively correlated with the level of internet penetration and mobile usage in Surat. . A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods will be used to collect data, including surveys and interviews.
