Abstract Tracheal stenosis, a narrowing of the trachea, often results from trauma, infections, or iatrogenic causes, leading to airway obstruction. This report discusses the anaesthetic management of a 35-year-old male patient with recurrent tracheal stenosis undergoing tracheo-tracheal anastomosis. The patient had a history of a road traffic accident, requiring multiple interventions including tracheostomy and laser excision for airway obstruction. Jet ventilation was utilized during surgery for optimal oxygenation. Effective preoperative assessment and intraoperative management are essential for successful outcomes in such complex cases.
