Abstract | Industry 6.0, a new industrial era marked by the smooth integration of automation, artificial intelligence, hyper-connectivity, and human-centric solutions, has been ushered in by the rapid growth of technology. In the framework of Industry 6.0, this study examines how management and commerce are changing, examining how organizational strategies, workforce dynamics, and commercial practices have changed. It explores how supply chain management, decision-making procedures, and consumer interaction are being transformed by technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and robotics. It also looks into the issues raised by Industry 6.0, such as labor reskilling, ethical issues, and the socioeconomic effects of automation. With a focus on sustainable practices and the humanization of technology, the research seeks to offer a thorough knowledge of how businesses can adapt and prosper in this revolutionary era. |
