Abstract | The injection moulding technique, it is evident that injection moulding has become a crucial process in manufacturing, widely utilized across various sectors, bringing significant enhancements to production. This technique involves heating polymer materials, injecting the material into a mould, allowing it to cool, and finally yielding a finished product ready for use. The experiment highlights that injection moulding relies on three key variables: temperature, time, and cooling rate. The experiment demonstrates the actual effects of these factors on the final product This versatile technique finds applications ranging from milk cartons and bottles to aerospace components. Injection moulding has improved product quality and reduced production time and costs. |
